Under such conditions, coexistence within and between heterogeneous societies are important.

In this faculty, students are fostered with high ability to be keen on any information related to humanity, societies and cultures. Students are expected to develop their own interest, analyze and develop the problem solving abilities for the prosperity of the nation and the whole humanity amid the era of globalization.

And because Bali has unique culture and traditions, which have attracted many people from all over the world to come for a visit, this faculty also offers one-year diploma course in Culture-Based Tourism to produce skilled human resources in tourism industry.
